We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location on the waterfront was stunning, with a private beach perfect for swimming. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable lounge chairs and a gazebo to relax in. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a variety of cheeses and meats. The staff were friendly and offered exceptional service throughout our stay.
Nothing to be said.

A very comfortable hotel. A lovely privat beach with clean clear water. Location is perfect in the middel of the town.Very kind staff. Not a big menue but good fresh fish for lunch or dinner. Very relaxing.
The traditonel Italian breakfast is too sweet for the nordic palet.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a less glamorous harbor area. The hotel's attention to detail and Mediterranean interior were impeccable. The rooms were well-equipped with modern appliances and had a tasteful Mediterranean interior. I was delighted to have a balcony with a breathtaking sea view. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying a delicious breakfast on the terrace, right on the seafront. The hotel provided high-quality products, and the location, right on the water, was simply unbeatable.
Everything was absolutely fine.

Overpriced,no coffee maker or tea, drinking water in the room or lobby during the day as the bonus, everything you must buy and it is really very expensive..
Again overpriced, room for 220 euros fine design, but too minimalistic to feel comfortable - just a bed and one armchair...,wifi only in the small lobby, very expensive mini bar,but just one plastic cup..

Great Beach, Free Wi-Fi
We recently stayed at a hotel in Syracuse during a business trip and we found that the beach was one of the best aspects of our stay. It was clean and provided comfortable seating, which allowed us to relax after a long day at work. the hotel had free Wi-Fi, which was very useful for keeping up with work emails.
Although the hotel was nicely decorated, we felt that it was overpriced. the location was not very convenient for our business meetings, as it was quite far from the city center.

It was a little hard to find (the entrance in on a street that is closed to traffic!) but once there staff/family were friendly and helpful, food was wonderful, location couldn't be beat.
Our room had a damp, musty smell that I attributed to it's seaside location. Turns out there was a leaky drain in the mini-refrigerator which was dripping onto the floor of the armoire/closet. Once that was located and corrected we were quite comfortable.

This hotel has an excellent location in the less glamorous harbour area, giving it a unique charm. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a tasteful Mediterranean interior and offer stunning views of the water. The staff are friendly and provide great service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast served on the terrace, right on the seafront, is a wonderful experience with high-quality products.
All in all, no real downside.

Staff were excellent and very friendly, hotel very clean and well styled. The hotel has a private beach (also very clean) - beaches are not common in Siracusa city - it's a little oasis really. Hotel is located close to the island of Ortigia which is packed with restaurants and historical sites, very easy to walk around and felt safe. There was no 'badgering' to come into restaurants and bars, as in many other resorts.
The cost of eating and drinking in the hotel is rather high, although the food and service were excellent so it's definiitely worth it for a treat. Also, the drains were a bit smelly when the weather was wet (we had some heavy rain during our stay). We didn't think this had anything to do with the hotel's hygiene standards, but rather that Siracusa is old and maybe still using old drains! Anyway, it was a minor inconvenience.

Think it's the only hotel that offers private beach in the area. 20Mins walk to central Ortigia island. Private parking. Nice room (no bath tub though).
It would have been perfect if they craved out another area for a pool (using sea water). The beach is a bit rocky so I would believe most guests prefer to swim in a pool instead.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
